Artis Methodus was established in 2020 by Magdalena Joanna Wittchen

and Jason Antonio Reyes Arguedas. Found out of passion for the Arts and desire

to teach and support the artists at the early stages of the development. 

 

Magdalena is a Photographer, born in Poland who moved to London in 2012

to attend Central Saint Martins (FdA Fine Arts - Sculpture), Chelsea College of Arts

(BA Fine Arts) and Royal College of Arts (MA in Contemporary Art (Critical) Practice

and MA Photography) where she graduated from in July 2019.

Magdalena teaches Art Theory and Art Criticism, helping students with Portfolio

preparation and applications to the Art Universities and Competitions.

She also leads the Photography and Graphic Design courses.

 

Jason is a Painter and Digital artist , born in Costa Rica who moved to London in 2019.

In 2017 he attended Oil Painting and Drawing Course in Accademia Del Giglio

in Florence, Italy. Jason teaches using Kirkpatrick method and Honey & Mumford

learning style. He has years of experience in teaching kids, teenagers and adults,

in group and one-to-one classes.

 

Magdalena & Jason are confident about sharing their knowledge and experience

with the students while motivating and giving the freedom in self-exploration and experimentation. Providing the structure that allows the maximum development, support and motivating critique. 

 

Together they can deliver a rounded Art Education that encourages development of the deeper understanding of the Art World and allows to open up the potential in creating and making Art.
